On the occasion of 30 years of the bilan de competences and 25 of the law that legalized the process, the CIBC network and Centre Inffo assemble national and European forces on one of the key today’s topic – lifelong guidance and accompaniment of career paths. Following the conference of 4 September 2014 that helped to highlight all the questions posed by the reform, this event will bring responses that are currently being proposed in order to strengthen the coherence of multidisciplinary, interinstitutional and multifactorial systems implemented by the reform (training, guidance, validation). The objective is to take into account all the dimensions and existing devices and to enhance the overall logic of the system.

This day that is open to CIBCs, networks of providers of information, guidance, lifelong learning and employment services, private providers, and financers should demonstrate the overall logic contributing to better support career paths and more efficient transition management. This work will allow for a better positioning of different services, including bilan de compétences… and to analyze the issue of interactions between different services and professionals in this field.
