On 19 May 2008, the General Assembly was held in Thessaloniki (Greece). The Czech Republic (with the Počítačová služba s.r.o.) is represented. There are now 16 representatives (with the French network of CIBC with 72 training organisation) and 8 partner countries. Under the project Quelo the FECBOP conducted a statistical and qualitative study of guidance practices in Europe. The FECBOP proposed the general code of conduct and finalized the quality standard of the bilan de compétence in Europe. During the year, Assoform trentina (Trento, Italy) receives the European Quality Label.
