Bilan de compétences for job seekers: exchange of international experiences for public employment services in Czech republic 2012-2013

The FECBOP was very happy to participate on the project organized by the National Training Fund (CZ) and financed by the ESF. The project enabled the exchange of experiences between the partners and identified European standards and trends in this area in order to update and enhance the practices established in Czech labour offices. The aim of the Czech party was to elaborate new quality standards for the exercise of career guidance and assessment under the auspices of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Czech Republic. These now correspond to European quality standards concerning accreditation, policy management, ongoing monitoring and quality assurance etc. Czech partner established a Czech Association of career guidance and bilan de compétences operators as well as a system of vocational education and regular supervisory meetings as a form of continuing professional development.
