THE NETWORK OF PROFESSIONAL IN BILAN DE COMPETENCES IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC CALLS FECBOP TO ENHANCE THE PROFESSIONALISM OF IT’S PROVIDERS AND IMPLEMENT A QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Since November 2011, an extensive program of international cooperation has enabled the network of professional in the bilan de compétences in the Czech Republic (represented by the National Training Fund) to meet the representatives of the FECBOP, Jacques Hofmans (Vice-President); Serge Rochet (coordinator), Tomas Sprlak (responsible for international relations). Six meetings were held in Prague and gathered a large number of professionals and organisations involved in the program. Each meeting was marked by a richness of discussions and very proactive engagement of each participant in order to progress in the strategic direction of the organization and promotion of bilan de compétences in the Czech Republic. The 19th – 20th September 2013, Prague will host the closing seminar of this important program. Everything is done today to make this event also mark the official entry of the Czech network of professionals of the bilan de compétences into the FECBOP. We wish good luck to all the different actors of the project, which will be used as example of the development and the involvement for other national networks for the promotion of the bilan de compétences.
