Works as a counsellor and coordinator of “Bic_ò”-“G. Veronesi” at Rovereto. Previously he worked as a manager of selection of personnel, as manager of sales personnel and as responsible of training in some services enterprises. From 2000 he works in bilan de compétences / skills audit and job orientation and he has contributed to the creation of two centre for the the skills audit.
