\n\u201cEncore aujourd\u2019hui, lorsque l\u2019on parle d\u2019orientation professionnelle, on pense g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement au jeune qui doit choisir un m\u00e9tier ou une formation, ou, lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un adulte, au ch\u00f4mage et au reclassement professionnel. Il est vrai que l\u2019essentiel de l\u2019activit\u00e9 d\u2019orientation se concentre sur ces deux aspects : celui du jeune qui entre dans la vie active, celui de l\u2019adulte qui essaye d\u2019y retourner. Il est des parcours professionnels comme du reste : c\u2019est souvent la rupture, l\u2019incident qui sont g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs d\u2019actions. Encore aujourd\u2019hui, la plupart des politiques publiques de l\u2019emploi sont des d\u00e9marches curatives : on soigne le malade. En 2008, 94% des financements europ\u00e9ens allou\u00e9es \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique de l\u2019emploi concernent des demandeurs d\u2019emploi ou des salari\u00e9s pr\u00e9caris\u00e9s.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
